Shady Oak Mobile Home Park is a 55+ Manufactured Home Community located just 10 min from beautiful Florida beaches, downtown Melbourne, and Melbourne Airport. A very quiet and extremely safe neighborhood with lovely neighbors who are prideful homeowners!

Lot rent is $575 per month which includes garbage (dumpster on site). Water & sewer service is provided by the City of Melbourne. Each lot is individually metered for water/sewer/electric. Water & sewer are billed back by the park monthly to the residents. You need to have the power initiated in your name and pay metered electric that you use. You can get cable and Wi-Fi at your expense.

No pets. We do background check and verify income. The park is very quiet, safe, and well-maintained by on-site management.
